Bacon, lettuce, and tomato is one of those trios that just seems to work perfectly. Like George, Ringo, and John.
…
Paul is the fresh homemade dill bread.
If you can imagine this being 700 million times more delicious than the picture makes it look then you are getting close. I’m asking a lot of this phone camera.

OK bear with me, I’m new at this weekend business. I tried to do the right thing.
For starters:
You’ve got to find a jar of this. Thanks to Sarah J.
Friday dinner is cheese and crackers.

This is clock wise from top: Smoked duckbreast, cheddar, petite Basque, roomkaas, Comté, plus cherry tomatos. Salad is Boston butter and romaine with black pepper and oil & vinaigre.
After a restful sleep
I awoke with a need for dim sum
Cop’d:
Fresh kicks for springtime
And some of this wonderful lotion
Love pbg

A. Pickled radishes. Boil vinegar and sugar with peppercorns, juniper berries, bay leaves. Pour over radishes, carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Fridge overnight.
It smells actually quite weird and not very good, but tastes fabulous, very pungent, good to munch on with a cold yellow colored beer, St. Pauli girl maybe?
OK. Here was a ‘Jucy Lucy and fries.’ Grilled merguez stuffed with roquefort, focaccia bun, harissa, grilled tomatoes, pommes frites. Last meal at that place.
And finally this was a 9 a.m. breakfast taco of leftover steak and cheese and avocado (takeout nachos) scrambled with eggs and hot sauce and lettuce and cilantro. Breakfast of campiones? I think I see some rice in there too.
Catching up
