Back Deck Cocktails and I were pleased to play matchmaker for two of our respective dearest friends:
Fernet Branca and St. Germain got along really well. Like REALLY well.
The Conquistador
1.5 oz. Bourbon whiskey
.5 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
splash to taste Fernet Branca
club soda
Stir Bourbon and liqueurs to combine. Pour over ice and top with a splash of club soda. Exhale. See the light.

Holy shit is this dish scarlet!
Brown ribs, remove, deglaze with Fernet Branca, red wine. Add diced beets and potatos, beef stock. Replace ribs and braise sumthn. Real recipe coming soon.
